What is a shift?

A shift is a predetermined period during which you agree to be ready for deliveries. You’ll have the opportunity to select from a list of available shifts, each with a specified start and end time, as well as the location of work. This structured approach allows you to plan your schedule in advance.

Why should I work in a shift?

When you work in a shift, you'll receive a boost in your priority for receiving orders. This means you'll have a better chance of getting more orders during your shift, maximizing your earning potential.

What if I don’t want to book a shift, am I free to work at anytime want?

Of course, you can work at anytime you wish but, those who booked shifts will have a priority in receiving orders.

How can I book shifts?

You will be able to view the available shifts for the upcoming 7 days. You will then be prompted to select the shifts for the following week, which spans from Sunday to Saturday. You will be presented with a list of time slots categorized by area, allowing you to reserve your preferred shifts.

All the shifts are booked, what can I do?

You must pick shifts as soon as they’re available so that you can make sure you have a seat that guarantees you priority at shift time. But stay tuned as we might open shifts at anytime and you’ll be notified and asked to book a shift.

How can I start my shift?

Before the shift starts you’ll be able to see that you have an upcoming shift and you can click and navigate to where you’re supposed to be. After reaching the starting point you can click on “Start” so you can start your shift.

It’s important to know that to start your shift, you have to be at the designated area at the scheduled time. You’ll not be able to start your shift from a different area.

Can I take a break in middle of my shift?

Yes, you may take break at anytime during your shifts. Beware that you have a daily maximum limit on breaks.

Can I cancel a shift that I booked?

Yes. You are allowed to cancel a shift up to 48 hours before its scheduled start time.

What happens if I started my shift late?

You must attend the shifts you booked on time otherwise there may be consequences that could lead to the suspension of your account.

What happens if I didn’t attend my shift?

You must attend the shifts you booked. If you don't show up, there may be consequences that could lead to the suspension of your account.
