For some of our services, you'll be able to submit an adjusted offer for the delivery fee, that the customer needs to accept.

Drive to the pickup location to collect the order.

At the store, please ask politely for the order. Before confirming on the application that you received the order, make sure it is sealed.
​Note: You might need to enter a verification code so you can pick up the order on the application.

Once you have the order with you, drive to the customer's location to deliver the order.
​Note: Make sure the payment is done either electronically or in cash before handing the order to the customer.
