In some cases, accounts get suspended for an internal review. Our team is actively reviewing the cases and they are always trying to finalize it as quickly as possible.
If your account got suspended for more than 3 hours, you can raise a complaint to our team and they will give you the updates about your account status.
If you need to raise a complaint for your suspended account:
Go to your Profile >> Support For Couriers >> My account is suspended.
